BY CHECK MARKING ON “I AGREE”, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF TALKTONEZ’ SERVICE END USER AGREEMENT AND END USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY AND COMPLY WITH ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES CONTAINED IN OR REFERENCED BY THESE AGREEMENTS, AND THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO DO SO.
- IMEI number submitted by customer at the time of purchasing particular service must be valid in order to proceed for further steps, otherwise, the procedure will confront hindrance and halting.
- In case a customer intentionally/unintentionally, willingly/mistakenly, submits an incorrect IMEI number and places the order; TalkTonez’ shall not be liable for such oversight, and the payment will not be reimbursed by any means.
- If escalated to another aspect of service, i.e. if a customer places an order on the listing which supports unlocking lost/stolen IMEIs, then he/she will positively be entertained as general.
- TalkTonez’ gladly announces this message loud and clear to all the customers who will to get their devices unlocked; to place their orders and make purchases only in accordance with their device’s/service’s compatibility.
- Once an order is placed and everything checks well, a specific amount of timeframe will be supplied to the customer for completion of the operation, and no refunds nor provisions would be served in the meantime.
- TalkTonez solely stands behind all of its valuable customers if any order undergoes any unstated circumstance or any unstable state that may be inconvenient to customers.
